Recipes risoles
Leather Material:
250 gr flour chakra
50 g tapioca flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
salt to taste
eggs to PANIR
bread flour to taste
sufficient water
Contents:
smoked beef
boiled eggs
cheese
Directions:
1. Mix & stir flour & tapioca, enter the egg and salt, stirring.
2. Add water and stir well. So smooth I wrote mixer,
add water until dough is not too thick, put margarine
melting, the mixer again.
3. Heat a teflon pan 20-22 cm diameter, basting with butter, pour 1
spoon batter into skillet skin.
4. Fill smoked beef, cheese & boiled eggs, such as skin fold
risoles folded.
5. Roll into the beaten egg, then dredge in flour
bread.
6. Fry in hot oil a lot.
for 15 pieces
PS: Can be filled ragout / other fields according to taste.
