Young Coconut Ice Cream


Material:
  • 100 ml coconut water
  • 700 ml fresh milk
  • pink dye
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 200 g young coconut meat, rake smooth
  • 100 ml heavy cream

Method:

Mix the coconut water and milk, Stir well.

Give a few drops of pink coloring and stir well. Jerangkan over low heat while stirring until hot, add a little salt.

Pour the cornstarch solution, stirring until thick and boiling.

Take a little dough, stir the egg yolk. Pour back into the batter. Cook until boiling. Remove and stir until the steam is lost and becomes warm.

Add coconut cream and stir well. Pour into a container. Store in freezer until half frozen. Remove and stir well.

Save back in the freezer until frozen.

Sendoki in serving glasses. Serve cold.
For 6 cups

MATERIALS:
200 grams of melon, scrape with a spoon
100 grams of seed pearls (ready boiled)
1 packet red jelly
1 pc young coconut
100 ml non-fat milk
red syrup

HOW TO MAKE:

Boil beans until cooked pearl.
Scrape coconut meat.
Create an agar-agar, after a cold and hardened, cut into
dice.

How to Serve:
Combine syrup with all the ingredients in water
coconut. Add red syrup.

Lychee ice jelly

Lychee ice jelly

Material:
1 can of lychee fruit
200 gr coconut juice
500 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
100 ml red syrup

Pudding:
1 packet gelatin powder red
50 ml water
100 grams granulated sugar
1 / 2 tsp vanilla powder
Ice cubes to taste

Directions:
1. Make the pudding: boil the agar with water and sugar to boiling.
Add vanilla powder, cook a minute, remove from heat. Put in a heat resistant dish
then chill. 2. Once hardened, cut into small dice.
3. Prepare a glass, fill with a piece of pudding, lychee, red syrup, coconut juice,
and coconut milk. Add ice cubes to taste. Serve immediately.

For: 6 cups

Sunkist orange 1 pc
2 pcs mango sweet fragrance
1 / 2 cans of sprite
5 tablespoons granulated sugar
sufficient water
ice cubes to taste

Blend all ingredients together and serve immediately.
