Badam (Almond) Sherbet

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
Milk-2 cups
Heavy cream- 2 tablespoons
Finely ground almonds-1 cup
Confectioners' sugar- 1/2 cup
Rose water- 2 tablespoons

Preparation:
Mingle the milk, cream, ground almonds, confectioners' sugar, and rosewater in a food processor, and mix together for approximately 1 minute until it is thoroughly mixed and smooth. Serve it over ice.
