1 c. whole wheat flour
1 / 2 c. cooked greens, chopped in a blender (spinach kale, turnip greens, Swiss chard, etc.)
2 tbsp. oil or fat meat
1 tbsp. alfalfa meal
2 tbsp. brewers yeast
3 / 4 tsp. bone meal

Mix all ingredients together. Add the milk stock, or enough water to make a strong dough. Roll out flat on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until almost brown. (1 / 2 cup chopped cooked carrots can be used as a substitute for vegetables.) All crackers contain a protein of about 16%, fat 25%, carbohydrate 59%. However, the protein used was increased by 30% due to a combination of free wheat and soy flour.
