Material:
- 750 grams beef brisket
- 3 cm ginger, crushed
- 3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 3 sheets of orange leaves
- 3 tablespoons sweet taoco
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1.5 liters of water
Blend:
- 6 large red peppers
- 8 shallots
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp salt and 1 teaspoon pepper granules
- 3 cm turmeric grilled
- Complement: fried onions, sliced celery, boiled eggs and chips
- fries, and lemon juice.
Method:
1. Boil the meat with ginger, lemon grass lime leaves until soft, remove pieces
according to taste and set aside.
2. Heat a little oil, saute the spice paste, pieces of meat taoco and soy sauce, stir, put back into the broth and cook briefly, remove from heat.
3. Prepare a bowl filled with soup complete with slices of boiled egg, onion fried, sliced celery and fried chips.
4. Serve warm.
