How to Make Crepes
Material:
100 g wheat flour Blue Triangle
100 ml of liquid milk
100 ml water
1 tablespoon margarine
Method:
# Mix all ingredients together. Stir with wooden spoon or wire until a smooth dough.
# Heat a 18 cm omelette pan over medium heat. Rub with a little margarine.
# Pour 1 ladle batter onto the griddle while turning up to be a thin omelet.
# After the edges dry. Lift the omelette.
# Fill with jam, chocolate, or cheese, to taste.
# Serve.
