Beef Yakiniku
Material:
500 g thinly sliced beef sirloin
100 g bw Bombay thinly sliced
100 cc chicken broth
1 pc bell pepper slices
3 pcs white bw thinly sliced
Material sauce:
100 cc kikoman
100 cc of sake
50 cc white / red wine (optional)
50 g sugar
1 bt long scallion pieces
2 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
2 pcs white bw, iris keprek
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
How to make
1 .. Combine all sauce ingredients until boiling kira2 cook 15 minutes, let cool
strain. Set aside
2 .. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and white bw bw Bombay until layi input
paprika while in stir briefly, remove set aside
3 .. Heat 2 tablespoons oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil, add meat stir until
