CHICKEN Katsu

CHICKEN Katsu

Material:
4 slices of chicken breast meat (from 2 pieces of chicken breast is divided by 2)
2 eggs chicken
2 tablespoons evaporated milk (can be replaced if no reply reconstituted powdered milk dg)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
100 gr flour
¼ teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon fine salt
½ vetcin (optional)
flour bread / flour PANIR rough

Method:
1 .. pukul2 chicken meat with a steak hammer for soft and flat
2 .. give bumbu2: pepper, salt, and lemon juice vetcin, smooth, let stand
