Basic Crepes Recipe

Material:
  • 100 gr flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 ml of liquid milk
  • 75 g butter, melted margarine to spread

Method:
1. flour sifter, put in bowl with sugar. Make a hole in the middle, break the eggs in it, stirring in one direction.
2. add milk little by little, until dough becomes smooth and silky.
3. add milk until exhausted, enter the melted butter.
4. cover dough with plastic wrap, let stand 30 minutes.
5. basting pan with a diameter of 12 cm with margarine, heat.
Pour 1 tablespoon of dough, flatten while playing, 2-3 minutes, remove from heat.
