Spicy CHICKEN

Spicy CHICKEN

Material:
150 gr minced chicken meat (do not use food procs!)
150 gr chicken meat cut box
50 g fat chicken cut kecil2 (spy non-visible)
100 gr flour
2 bt chicken eggs
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
bread flour / coarse PANIR
6 pcs plastic ice mambo u. wrap

Spice 2:
2 teaspoon paprika powder (optional)
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon fine salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce / kikoman
¼ teaspoon pepper powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
½ st vetcin (optional)
Sesame oil ½
1 teaspoon ang ciu / sake
2 tablespoons of chicken oil
1 chicken eggs

Method:

1 .. input cincamg chicken and chicken stir box, add
fat and bumbu2 (except cornstarch) aduk2 mean sd, last input cornstarch
2 .. kedlm input plastic, tie the ends, tusuk2 Agr steam escapes,
then steamed for 20 minutes. Chill
3 .. remove from plastic, potong2 oblique.
4 .. mix eggs and milk shake loose from
5 .. input dip dry flour, then dip the egg milk dip mix,
guling2 in flour PANIR
6 .. sd dg much fried yellow oil, over medium heat
